YOGA AND MEDITATION CLASSES

Our commitment to the practice of yoga is fundamental. We are Experienced and Registered E-RYT-500 and YACEP by the Yoga Alliance. We believe that yoga is not just a series of postures, but a philosophy of life that promotes the union of body, mind, and spirit. We offer yoga classes ranging from gentle and restorative to dynamic and energized so everyone can find their path to health and wellness.

During yoga and meditation, your mind and body shift to a peaceful state, messaging to your tissues and organs. You will experience an internal body and mind reset.

DANCE THERAPY CLASSES

During dance therapy, your mind and body shift to a happy state in your internal body. You can manage your stress, and improve your biochemistry, and mood.

Classes include 45 minutes of Dance Therapy to improve cardiovascular strength and increase stamina.

Traditional massages are often sought after for their holistic approach to wellness, focusing on the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of health. The body therapy can be an excellent way to relax, reduce stress, and improve overall health and vitality.

TRADITIONAL MASSAGE

A gentle, relaxing massage technique that promotes relaxation and relieves muscle tension. Improves circulation, pain, improves your mood, and promotes better sleep.

PRENATAL MASSAGE

Relaxes the muscles in tension, improves circulation and chronic pain, and removes toxins. Allows better lymphatic flow. Please stay well hydrated after this session.

HOT STONES MASSAGE

Realign deeper layers of muscle tissue with deep pressure on affected areas, working across the grain of the muscle tissue. Benefits muscle pain, sciatica, and improves stiffness.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

If you need to be nurtured, slip into the experience of this traditional relaxing technique. Soften your tissues with light to medium pressure to improve circulation and well-being.
